The four villas are brand new and beautiful. The photos are fantastic, the reality is a paradise. They are located on a hillside and have breathtaking views of the sea and hills. Simply fantastic. Absolute tranquility is guaranteed, as there are no other villas in the area. A long sandy beach and a great swimming bay can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Three typical taverns also nearby and a minimarket. The villas are highly recommended. The interior is designed with a lot of love for detail and simply everything is available, even beach towels and bathrobes. The siblings and owners Aikaterini and Nick personally look after their guests. Their commitment makes Roos Villas something very special. They spoil their guests with fine homemade delicacies. The refrigerator was filled with delicacies ... fruits from her garden, the best cheese made by her parents, eggs, honey ...

A Perfect 10: Paradise Found at Roos Villas! We had a wonderful stay at Roos Villa Naxos! Katerina, Nikolas, and her lovely parents offered exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly at home. Their local tips were spot on and added so much to our experience. The villa itself is in a perfect location with A-level comfort, peaceful, beautifully designed, and fully equipped. Highly recommended!

Katerina, Nicholas and their parents were excellent hosts! We were the first guests to their four beautiful villas and they looked after us very well. We were welcomed with raki, a bottle of wine, water, fresh eggs from their own chickens, fresh bread, home made butter, cheese, jams and honey. The beds are very comfortable with nice crisp linens and lovely pillows. Plenty of fluffy towels and towelling robes in the bathroom together with good quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The swimming pool is wonderful and has a non slip lining and steps which I really appreciate as often steps are very slippy. Nice pool towels too. Great to have Netflix on the tv for evenings in. The views from these villas are outstanding and you are not far from a lovely sandy beach with clear sea for swimming. We were provided with little deck chairs and a parasol for the beach as there are no sun beds to rent. Fold up sun beds would be a good addition. Great to have liquid provided for the washing machine and tablets for the dishwasher. Loved Neraida taverna nearby.
Katerina recommended Naxian Cars who were great for car hire from the port and it is an easy 25 minute drive to the villas. It is well worth visiting Chalki, Filoti and Apeiranthos in the mountains.
